At Vivid Details, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile car detailing services across Rhode Island. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the time, labor, and materials involved in auto detailing, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. Our services are time-intensive and results may vary based on the initial condition of your vehicle.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your detail:

Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will review your concern and, if appropriate, schedule a free re-touch or correction.
Our goal is to make it right — not to refund, but to resolve.
3. Cancellations & Refunds Before Service

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment are eligible for a full refund (if prepayment was made).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
4. Refunds for Add-On Services or Extras
If an add-on service (e.g., headlight restoration or odor neutralization) is not completed due to time or weather constraints:

You may receive a partial refund for that specific service or

We will reschedule the missed add-on at no extra cost.
5. Refunds for Prepaid Gift Certificates or Packages

Unused prepaid services or gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable to another person or vehicle with written notice.

Packages must be used within the timeframe specified (typically 12 months).
