Welcome to Vivid Details. By booking any of our services or using our website (vividetails.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our business.

1. Services Offered

Vivid Details provides mobile car detailing services throughout Rhode Island, including interior and exterior cleaning, paint enhancement, and optional add-ons. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and weather.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or direct message.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed are starting estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection prior to beginning the service.

  • Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, heavy contamination, or other labor-intensive conditions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps (e.g., Venmo, CashApp).

  • Failure to make payment may result in withholding future service and possible legal action.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the time of service.

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle interior.

  • Inform the detailer of any aftermarket components, existing damage, or fragile areas.

6. Weather Policy

Vivid Details reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to extreme weather conditions that may impact service quality or safety.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to protect your vehicle, Vivid Details is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s paint, trim, or interior materials.

  • Damage resulting from poor factory paint, prior bodywork, or aftermarket modifications.

  • Items left inside the vehicle during service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
